Full Cycle Recruiting is an intricate recruitment process that begins from the moment your company expresses a need to CrossFire Group to the time you hire a highly qualified candidate. The process is designed to be efficient and thorough, which saves you time and money. CrossFire Group also offers individual services on an as-needed basis for times when you only need assistance with a specific component of the hiring process. The Full Life Cycle Recruiting process includes: Research, Job Description and Posting, Candidate Search and Resume Review, Candidate Screening, Presentment and Placement and Hire.

CrossFire Group recruiters begin by understanding your business and industry, as well as the exact requirements of the position(s) you are seeking to fill. We even research the specific location of the job. The more we know about your company and industry, the less time it takes to find the right candidate for you.

Job Description and Posting: Once we have an in-depth knowledge of your company and its needs, our recruiters work with you to craft a detailed job description that will attract the best candidates. All our postings provide a way for potential candidates to apply for a position immediately. We believe ease is an important part of the process since many “non-searching” candidates may not apply to a position that requires multiple, unnecessary steps.

Candidate Search and Resume Review: This is the third and most crucial step in the Full Life Cycle Recruiting process. All applications and resumes are thoroughly reviewed. Our recruiters vet each resume from a variety of sources. Once the review is complete, a list of highly qualified potential candidates is entered in our recruiting database.

Candidate Screening: The fourth step in the process involves further screening to narrow the list of potential candidates to include only the most talented and qualified applicants. Our recruiters then conduct interviews and evaluations using the following tools:

  • Phone Screen
  • Face-to-Face Interview
  • Soft Skills Evaluation
  • Technical Evaluation
  • Technical Testing

In addition, our recruiters gauge interest of each potential candidate. From this process, we are able to present your company with a highly targeted list of qualified, interested candidates.

Presentment and Placement: Once you receive the list of highly qualified, interested candidates, CrossFire Group will assist you in setting up interviews, checking references, conducting background checks, and performing drug screens. We understand that there is no “one-size-fits-all” process, which is why our process can be tailored to provide only the services you need.
Hire: Upon the selection of the right candidate, our recruiters manage the hiring process for you. We negotiate salary and benefits, create offer letters, obtain signatures on all necessary corporate documents, and coordinate a company orientation to train the new hire.
